Katherine was born in West Palm Beach, Florida to parents who were both professional equestrians. Her mother was a professional Trainer and Show Jumper, and her father was also a professional Trainer and Polo Player. From an early age she was fully immersed in all things equestrian. She started riding at age four and was competing in Hunter/Jumper shows at only six years old. Her unique skill and experience are rooted in a lifelong passion for competition, hunter/jumpers, and a love of horses.

Katherine started her journey to a professional career in Aiken, South Carolina. As a working student at a 200-horse breeding farm, she rode in professional clinics on Prix St. George Dressage horses. Her next position was at The Stable on the Woods, run by Darrell and Melissa Vaughn. She competed in Eventing, Fox Hunting, Dressage, and Hunter Jumpers. Next, she took a position as a show Groom/Working Student for Annie Goodwin, a well-known Eventer. She then became a Barn Manager and FEI Groom for Grant Seger, Grand Prix Show Jumper. This is where she learned how a proper upper-level FEI barn is run. After years of traveling up and down the Tryon, Ocala, and Wellington Circuit, Katherine moved to Florida. She worked as Assistant Rider/FEI Groom at The Power of Pink for Charlotte Collier and then as Barn Manager/ FEI Groom for Mya Poulos, Eventer. There, she travelled circuits in Kentucky and Chicago and honed her skills in schooling and training upper-level event horses.

Katherine loves to train young horses but truly excels in every aspect of schooling horses on Cross Country, Dressage, Hunters and Show Jumpers. She has utilized her expertise in teaching up to 1.40 jumpers and has a proven track record of taking horses and their riders to the next level of competition. She enjoys teaching riders who, like her, want to set goals, achieve results, and enjoy success. Katherine sets the standard of professionalism, competency, and provides a fun, safe training environment for all her clients.

Tracy has over 25 years of teaching experience and has students ranging from beginner to proficient riders.  Under her tutelage, students have progressed from beginner, walk/trot classes to the 1.40 meter jumpers.   Many of her students have won several championships on the A circuit and have gone on to become trainers themselves.
