Addington Farm | Trainers: Rebecca Dalke & Lindsay Dawkins
At Addington Farm, based at The Woodlands Equestrian Center, Rebecca and Lindsay have built a specialized program centered on thoughtful coaching and unwavering commitment to each rider's success. Specializing in hunters, jumpers, and equitation, from first-time riders to accomplished competitors on the "A" and "AA" circuits, every client receives personalized instruction tailored to their individual goals and aspirations.
Our philosophy extends beyond teaching riders to navigate a course. We believe in cultivating skilled horsemen and horsewomen through a foundation of classical riding principles, exceptional care, discipline, sportsmanship, and confidence. In a welcoming yet professional environment, riders develop the technical skills, judgment, and work ethic that create lasting success both in and out of the show ring.
Whether your goal is to enjoy riding as a lifelong passion, refine your equitation, pursue collegiate riding opportunities, or pursue your competitive goals, Addington Farm provides the guidance, resources, and support to help you achieve them. Clients have the opportunity to compete at local, USHJA, and USEF-rated competitions throughout the year and across the country, providing valuable experience and opportunities for growth at every stage of their riding journey.
Addington Farm is also proud to host an Interscholastic Equestrian Association team, welcoming new riders each year from across the state. The program offers young equestrians the opportunity to compete as part of a supportive team environment while developing leadership, sportsmanship, and horsemanship that extend well beyond the arena.
At the heart of Addington Farm is a close-knit community that values excellence, integrity, and the enduring relationship between horse and rider. We are dedicated to creating an environment where every rider feels challenged, supported, and inspired to pursue their highest potential while enjoying every step of the journey.
Whole Heart Equestrian | Trainer: Jessica C. Rogers
Jessica Rogers is the head coach and trainer of Whole Heart Equestrian, a hunter-jumper training program dedicated to the thoughtful development of both horse and rider. She holds a bachelor's degree in Equine Science (and is pursuing a Master of Education in Equestrian Studies) from William Woods University, combining academic training in equine science and coaching with more than 25 years of experience with horses.
Jessica’s coaching philosophy centers on the belief that how riders show up for their horses matters. Her program emphasizes strong fundamentals, intentional practice, and the development of rider awareness, responsibility, and ethical horsemanship. Drawing on both her formal education and decades of practical experience, Jessica approaches instruction as a process of developing not only technical skill, but thoughtful, capable horsemen and horsewomen.
At Whole Heart Equestrian, every ride is viewed as an opportunity to strengthen the partnership between horse and rider. The program supports riders at various stages—from those learning to ride well and enjoy their horses to those pursuing competitive goals in the show ring. Regardless of experience level, the focus remains the same: developing confident, capable equestrians while supporting the long-term well-being and performance of the horse.
Whole Heart Equestrian is grounded in the belief that better humans create better horses. Through thoughtful instruction and a horse-centered approach to training, the program aims to develop riders who are skilled, self-aware, and committed to responsible horsemanship both in and out of the saddle.
